Corporate training, track 09

Cybersecurity awareness training for companies in Kenya

One careless click on a fake invoice email can stop a whole office. We train your own staff to spot common threats, and your technical team to build and run systems more safely.

Training for your own staff

To be plain: we do not run a public cybersecurity bootcamp. This is training for a company's own staff, built around your team, your tools and your goals. If you are one person looking to join a class, our public programmes are listed on the apply page.

What your team learns

Track 09 is Cybersecurity Awareness and Secure Development. It has two layers:

  • For all staff: security awareness, so people recognise and report common threats.
  • For technical teams: secure development practices, basic network security, risk management and incident-response fundamentals.

The aim is to reduce the risk that one careless click takes you down.

Who it suits

The whole company, plus IT. The front desk, the finance clerk who approves payments and the developer who ships code all meet different risks, so the sessions are split to match.

Format, duration and outcome

Duration: 2 days to 6 weeks. A short awareness session for everyone is one end of the range; a longer secure development stream for IT is the other.

Outcome: a measurably improved security posture and a team that recognises and responds to common threats. We agree how that is measured before the first session.

How it works

  1. Needs assessment. A free call to understand your team, their level and your goals.
  2. Tailored proposal. Syllabus, timeline, KPIs and a quotation built for you.
  3. Delivery. On-site, virtual or hybrid. Always cohort and project based.
  4. Shipped and certified. A real artefact ships, and the team is assessed and certified against the KPIs we agreed up front.

Delivery modes

  • On-site. We come to your office. No one slips out to answer email.
  • Virtual. Live, instructor-led sessions over video. Your team joins from the office, home or a branch.
  • Hybrid. A mix of on-site and virtual sessions to fit your schedule, how your staff are spread out and your budget.

Or we build it with your team

If a system needs to be built or hardened rather than taught, our studio builds custom software with your team in the room.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a public cybersecurity bootcamp?
No. We do not sell a public cybersecurity course. This is training for a company's own staff, built for your team.
Can one session cover everyone, including IT?
We usually split it: an awareness session for all staff and a separate stream for technical teams, so neither group sits through content that is not for them.
How do we know it worked?
We agree the deliverable and KPIs up front, then assess and certify the team against them. You know what you are getting before we start.
Do you hold a security certification you can give our staff?
We assess and certify the team against the KPIs we agree with you. We hold no TVETA accreditation.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on how many people you train, how long it runs, the delivery mode and the level. We quote after the needs assessment call, in a written proposal, so you see the number before you commit to anything.

Start with a free call

Tell us who is on the team, what they do today and what you want them able to do after. We will come back with a written proposal for a security awareness programme.
