Who it suits
Engineering and infrastructure teams. A typical fit is a team that deploys by copying files to a server, or one where releases wait for a single person to be free.
Format, duration and outcome
Duration: 4 to 10 weeks.
Outcome: a working CI/CD pipeline and a reliable, repeatable deployment workflow. The team builds it on your own code, so it is the pipeline you keep using after the training ends.

- Delivery. On-site, virtual or hybrid. Always cohort and project based.
- Shipped and certified. A real artefact ships, and the team is assessed and certified against the KPIs we agreed up front.

- Virtual. Live, instructor-led sessions over video. Your team joins from the office, home or a branch.
- Hybrid. A mix of on-site and virtual sessions to fit your schedule, how your staff are spread out and your budget.

- Do you sell a public DevOps bootcamp?
- No. This is training for a company's own engineers, not a public class.
- Will the team work on our real codebase?
- That is the aim. The track is project based, and we agree the project and the access we need during the needs assessment.
- Which cloud provider do you cover?
- We agree this with you on the first call, based on where your systems run today.
- Can you train a mixed team of developers and ops?
- Yes. We set the level on the call and can split sessions where the two groups need different depth.
- How much does it cost?
- Pricing depends on how many people you train, how long it runs, the delivery mode and the level. We quote after the needs assessment call, in a written proposal, so you see the number before you commit to anything.
