We verified 29 providers of data science training across Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Rwanda, Egypt and online. Bootcamps cost from nothing to about KES 260,000, and master's degrees cost more. The factor that matters most is eligibility: many programmes only admit residents of their own country, so check that first.

We listed a provider only if its own site, or a named third party such as Course Report, showed a current data programme on 4 November 2026. Nothing is estimated, and KES equivalents use that day's Central Bank of Kenya rate. The full method is in how we compare schools; price changes are logged in the price tracker.
Before you pay anywhere, read whether a data science course is worth it, whether you can learn it without a maths background, how to study it while working and which data role suits you. More guides are in the data science hub. If our programme fits, the full plan is on the Data Science to AI Engineering page.
